ICS was recently selected as the Owner's Representative/Construction Manager for over $33 million of school construction projects for the Aspen School District.  The projects include a $30 million replacment Middle School that will be LEED Certified.  Other projects include a classroom addition to the elementary school as well as sveral projects for the District Theater program.  Studio B Architects from Aspen and Hutton Ford Architects from Denver are the lead design firms.  The CM/GC for the project is GE Johson from Colorado Springs.  Work is scheduled to start in May of this year and be substantially complete in the fall of 2007.
